We have been told that…

The trainer was engaging and the different activities helped us to understand the objectives of the training better.

Zul's ability to quickly ramp himself on my industry context is impressive… makes his coaching advice to my challenges very relatable.

The persuasion pathway is a useful framework that can be used in my work, even for work emails…

Zul being entertaining from start till end. I did not have a boring moment — I want to be like that too (it's very, very hard for an introvert like me).

Our Method · 3 pillars

We don't just run a 'template' workshop — we build on these three pillars

01

Curated to Context

Your programme, your context — we tailor learning objectives to your team's most pressing, high-stakes communication setting. Focusing on your new sales hires? We can design a pitching-focused workshop to learn how to build rapport and secure commitment.

02

Practice-Biased

No hour-long lectures — we design lesson plans that are practice-bias, with incremental opportunities to build speech confidence. Our programmes use reflective tools, storytelling, role-play segments, and other innovative methods (e.g., from improvised theatre, NLP).

03

Sustainable Outcomes

Continuity prioritised — we aim to build independent communicators through follow-ups and frameworks beyond the session. We have designed follow-up checklists, check-in sessions, and post-session summaries to achieve this.*

We draw upon a novel training approach from speaking exercises, applied improv theatre, neuro-linguistic programming principles, and coaching methods. *depending on programme

Design or curate based on our programmes

Your programme should be tailored to your organisation's unique learning profile, context, and objectives. Three common structures we have conducted:

Half-Day Masterclasses

A 3–4 hour masterclass (Half-Day) that focuses on 1–2 modules — suitable for: broader, introductory topics or a select learning group with a common, mass context (e.g., communication confidence).

Sample focus areas
  • Designing & Delivering Your Boardroom Presentation
  • Building Rapport in Workplace Conversations
  • Mastering Non-Verbal Cues to Showcase Composure & Confidence
  • Nurturing the Voice of Influence: Communication Toolkit for Leaders
  • Voice of Conviction: Persuasive Communication for Sales Professionals
Targeted curation for a quick exposure, refresher to a specific communication topic

Full / Multi-Day Workshops

A full-day or multi-day workshop that allows for in-depth exploration of 3–4 modules (depending on programme) — suitable for more practice sessions and/or complex topics (e.g., specific context).

Sample focus areas
  • Ideating, Reviewing, Persuasive Positioning for Business Presentations
  • Communicating Decisions & Feedback with Clarity & Credibility
  • Leading Strategic Conversations (From Conversations to Negotiations)
  • Mastering the "Yes, And" Mindset to Respond On-the-Spot
  • Presentation showcases, deck reviews
Higher emphasis on objectives that align with more specific context elements

Curated to Problem Statement

Showcases, group coaching, multiple follow-up / review sessions (e.g., 1–2 hour sessions with task or assessment given between sessions) — suitable for settings requiring high curation.

Sample focus areas
  • Group/1-1 Coaching (High-Potential Exec, Senior Leaders / Managers)
  • Specific learning objectives (e.g., On-Camera Confidence)
  • Leveraging organisational artefacts (e.g., practising a pitch / sales deck)
  • Communicating Change as a Leader — Managing Transitions
  • Context-focused objectives
High curation, based on the organisation problem statement and specific target
Our case study · Persuasive Communication

Mastering the Voice of Conviction for Persuasive Speaking

Learner profile

A high-potential team of property & real-estate sales professionals building their persuasive voice — to present with the calm authority of a trusted consultant in their key prospect conversations: service pitches, consultations, and project walkthroughs.

“Our voice of conviction determines our ability to be heard, trusted, and followed — the difference between a good agent and an authoritative consultant.”
3 hrsMasterclass
2Core Modules
4Objectives
Learning objectives
1

Identify areas of strength and growth in their persuasive voice — unpacking confidence-blockers, reviewing habits that dilute authority, and setting an intentional goal for future conversations

2

Apply an effective structure to present their ideas, proposals, or services persuasively — drawing attention to a key need, problem, or relevance

3

Deploy somatic (body language) and prosodic (vocal) patterns — tonality, cadence, gestures — to influence and nudge prospects toward a desired objective

4

Demonstrate persuasive speaking skills by completing a simulated prospect conversation as a Milestone Practice — pitching calmly, credibly, and confidently

Our case study · Persuasive Communication
Context

A 3-hour masterclass (breaks included) for a cohort of up to 30 learners, using their own live decks & materials. We started by understanding their current barriers to selling confidently before using a persuasive structure to pitch to their prospects. We also went through body language and vocal tools that they can use to create rapport, be memorable, and nudge their prospects to action.

Learning methodology
  • Andragogical approaches balancing theory internalisation, practice, and reflection (e.g., Gagné's Events of Instruction)
  • Goes beyond traditional technique — drawing from NLP, interest-based negotiation, and improvisation
  • Practice through designed roleplays based on the agents' actual prospect profiles (pair and group exercises)
  • Blends coaching (intention, mindset) and training for a holistic learning journey
  • ~30% didactic · ~70% interactive, building from a shared prospect profile to their live context

*Sample for illustration — final lesson plan may differ based on the agreed proposal. Client details anonymised.
